Did not happen to date! In the event that it does happen, your baggage is insured up to $1000 for total loss and if it is delayed we will ship it via our Courier service to your door-step.

Within Dubai, we deliver your baggage where you need. Going to Abu Dhabi or other cities in the UAE, you need to book our transit service.

Your First Baggage will be charged 99 AED; each additional baggage is as per the rate plan. Do note that “One Baggage Booking’’ will include a maximum hold time of 12 hours. If your baggage is not collected within 12 hours, you will be charged a daily storage fee of 100 AED per baggage and 50 AED for each additional baggage. Daily rates are from 0:00 to 23:59hrs for the first seven days.

We offer long term storage from seven days onwards. Pricing is a daily rate 25AED for each baggage piece. A full flat rate will be charged for first seven days of 280 AED for first baggage and 140 AED for any additional baggage. Planning to be out of country for 3 month or more, please give us a call.

We follow the airline compliance via TSA. There is a size restriction that the sum of the length, width & height of the baggage must not exceed 180cm and max weight of 32kg. Please check with your airline on your baggage restrictions.
